New Chairman (happening obviously)
New Manager (who understands local pride and can motivate his players)
and a good structural engineer to build the massive bridge required to span the gulf created by this useless bunch.

Well for a start if Davey can't motivate players then how the **** does he have a knack of pulling out results at important times. Our squad is drastically improved as i have said already once today, Macken campbell ryce de silva muller nyatnaga souza van homoet leon Steele kozluk. A decent striker in and i see us finishing mid table to playoffs with de silva and muller coming back.

Plus, what good does changing managers do espcially when theres nobody around better (look at leicester). He has guided us to the FA cup semi final secured championship status conceded less goals got more points better squad. What more would you want in his first full season in charge for **** sake.

For a start, it is no coincidence that we win games against Liverpool, Chelsea, Bristol City, Watford. Games that motivate players because of their importance.

BUT, games where the manager needs to motivate the players, he fails to deliver. He's ignorant and arrogant. He may have 300 badges on coaching BUT i bet he has none in man management.

If you did your home work you will find that Davey has a qualification in man management.

It 's called the Pro Licence.

To many come on here having a go at Davy because he is highly qualified.

Their ignorance shows haven't got a clue about the EUFA Coaching structure.

 

My ignorance is based on his inability to carryout what he has been trained in then. He falls out with players, snubs them without a word of reason. His results speak for themselves.

He is fecking pants, lets see what happens next season, and I bet he's gone by Christmas.

 

So Davey is the only manager who falls out with players who don't pull their weight in training, who break club rules, who arn't good enough and booze pre match.</p>

****** ! When we're motivated we are at least a top half Championship side, proven when we can beat the likes of Liverpool Chelsea. Bristol City, Watford West Brom.

He can't motivate his team when we have to play the mediocre sides in this league. Other managers must find his tactics predictible and he does not have the ability to alter the team's shape to turn games around.

I think fans are just gratefull that we are in this league again. Next season is going to be very tough, with big city teams, with great expectations. It's going to be tough,all talk of play-offs are living in cloud cuckoo land. We need Quality, we need players who are up for the fight, and get rid of players who lie down and give up. Davey will be judged next season on how we have improved once again, (if at all), he will make more mistakes, but lets hope not as many as this season. If we can bring in quality we have a chance, but it is going to be very difficult next season.
