    Smiths guitarist died aged 59. One of my all time favourite bands.

    Unbelievable bassist, great style all of his own and integral part of one the best ever bands. Gone but never forgotten.

    Not really a Smiths fan but I appreciate greatness and, as said earlier, he had a unique style.

    Definitely up there with Hooky ( not feller !! ).

    Seeing the Smiths aged 15 in 1984 at Sheffield city hall changed my musical tastes forever. This song in particular stuck with me from that performance, even though it wasn't released for another year. It's also a crime that Andy didn't get a writing credit for this, the tune was basically his. One of the greatest bass lines by one of the greatest bassists. RIP Andy Rourke.
