    All out of there depth...

    Today was just awful... One up front, playing long ball against a poor league 1 side... Awful tactics, same players playing out of there depth...

    I thought we had turned a corner after watching us at Leeds a few weeks back... Hardworking, disciplined, creative and supported each other... Wiseman arguably our most consistent player had a storming game, as did bobby and Nayatanga...

    Big changes needed... Starting with experience in the middle of the park... Dawson and Perkins are not the answer... And O'Grady cannot do it alone... We need leaders!

    Try it. Nowt to lose, all the other formations we have tried have been garbage. Didn't we get one of our 3 wins playing it?

    Oh, and get some better players.

    Would love to see Redders or Nicky Eaden installed as assistant.
    New striker with experience and proven goal scoring record e.g. Kevin Phillips, Luke varney, dexter blackstock, nouha Dicko (loan?)
    Midfielder to pull strings e.g. Darren Ambrose, Owen Garvan, John Eustace, John fleck did well today for cov.
    Left back & goalkeeper...
