If you haven't seen the clip today in the house of commons where our prime minister decides to stoop even lower than he currently is and makes a transphobic joke in the same week Brianna Gheys murderers are sentenced AND where her own mother is present in the house of commons.

He was asked to apologise but sat there not acknowledging like the coward he is very good at portraying and his press secretary has come out and said he sticks by the comments as it was used against Starmer and his U turns.

Absolutely despicable and the sooner we see the back of him as Prime Minister the better. Scumbag.

In some ways, this country has come a long way in terms of equality. In others, it's in the absolute dark ages. It's quite frightening how out of touch the Tories are. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour.

There is nothing positive I can say about the Tories. I think Sunak might be ousted before the election for someone more bizarre. To be fair he is less incompetent than Johnson, or Truss, but I still would not let him look after my dogs for 5 mInutes in the pub, while I went for a piss, never mind run a country. Truss preceded him. Only lost 40-80 billion in 4 weeks with Kwasi, who is standing down at the next election. She is still making speeches though, like a school kid that has not the faintest understanding of economics.

Starmer hardly gets me excited, but please, please, please, can i get what I want. The Tories to be finished forever.

We need to move to PR & give other parties a fair voice, including some that are racist, if that is what people vote for. "Stop the boats" is racist, but is just a smokescreen for utter failure in what was promised in terms of "levelling up". Hopefully Greens & others can start to make a mix in a new future.

Im not going to look at the clip as it will make me angry. But they have normalised this sort of behaviour, emboldening folk to say the previously quiet bits out loud.
