As a message to us no doubt. No suprise there that we can't manage something simple like a loan singing we are a joke. Not having a go at ritchie though he gets no support.

AND ROB WE ALL KNEW THAT REALLY. TO SAY WE CANT GET MANY PLAYERS BECAUSE OF MONEY HOW WE CONTINUE TO EMPLOY YOU IS BEYOND ME. A MAN WHO SPENDS HIS TIME READING THIS SITE TO FIND THE MANY ERRORS IN HIS REPORTS!

Wonder how some of you would take to having your job so publicly scrutinised, not to mention ridiculed, so persistently? None of you brave enough to go down to Oakwell and tackle him about it all personally though..

 

I've spoke to him face to face

He called me a lovely person (yes you did Rob). I tackled him on the subject of this BBS and his website. I have no intention of ever doing so again.

As for work being scrutinised. I've worked in TV both behind and in front of the camera. Work that is open to far more public scrutiny than a web page, no matter how many unique users the BFC official website claims to attract.

How does other clubs not allowing their players out on loan make us a joke?

What do you want Richie and Shepherd to do? Should they get a taxi to Old Trafford and give Alex Ferguson a slapping until he agrees to let Rossi out on loan?

All of the players that Richie has mentioned are good quality players. If we'd got them we'd have been over the moon. We haven't, not because of anything we've done, but because their club won't allow them out.

What else do you want the club to do?

I'd love to see a new striker as much as the next man but we can't afford to sign one and if the clubs won't let their players out what else can we do? Loan someone like Conlon from a team in the same division as us ... would that make you happy?
