    I see no reason to strengthen up front; the forrads have exceeded all expectations so far. One more defender and lets push on and see how far the adventure takes us.

    He would fit the bill.

    So I believe.
    I agree with the posts below about clutching at straws when players become available, but I think a quality defender in the ranks might be justified and strengthen us
