    which is fair enough. was just hoping for some news on the one we were close to. its worth remembering that the first game of the season isnt the cut off got until end of August i think.

    AR is hardly going to come out on the Barnsley website and say he enquired about Horsfield, but didn't get anywhere. Whatever he is doing will not be made public knowledge until it is done and dusted.

    I thought AR would keep quiet rather than say we've not looked at him yet.......

    But, I reckon Warnock would let him go to us on loan for a season, and see what happens. We pay a % of the wages McPhail style.....
