Discuss............. The results speak for themselves... Ronnie Moore's comments about Ritchie being a 'yes man'. Allegations of being too much 'one of the lads' Not strict enough with players. Bad signings. Some players unhappy. Playing players out of position. Not being able to motivate.....the players should have been well, well up for it last night after Saturday's debacle, fact is they didn't even try - witness comments from Warks (never misses a match) and Gloucester Red and others.........(furious) (furious) Has no real tactics to change games. Leaves our best striker/finisher on the bench week in and week out so he is unable to forge an effective partnership with anyone. Pays £150.000 for a player who is no better than what we have. Signs 'injured players' when we are financially 'desperate'
His comments seem laughable I did not go the game so am simply commenting on what I've read. However Ritchie says we gifted them 3 goals and without those errors they wouldn't have scored. Has he read our own match report on our own official site?? It implies that yes we did give them 3 goals, but that was the start of it. They constantly attcked and we didn't get a look in, other than 'coming close'once! Stop kidding yourself!
.You make some valid points but Hayes is better than we have, hes quality and the sooner he gets a decent strike partner the better,Conlon is simply not good enough and the jury is still out on Nardiello although Danny would surely get more goals than Conlon.
Eh? How do you mek that art then? We're 14th and dropping like the proverbial stone with no goals in 4 games and not even looking like scoring. If you're satisfied with that, then all I can say is that you're easily pleased. I'm not feckin satisfied, no bloody way.
Fact is he is an inexperienced manager. We appointed him knowing that. Don't think we could afford an experienced one - there were some available. While he is learning he will make mistakes. Sometimes he will get it right - there have been some good performances and decisions this season and sometimes he will get it wrong - last night, Colchester, etc. He has to learn from those experiences. I'm afraid we are going to have to put up with it for the time being and hope that over time things improve - it may take a season or so. Danny Wilson was an inexperienced manager when he was appointed and it took him a few seasons to get things right. I see a similar situation here. We support the club at the moment knowing that.
Cheap feckin option. like everything to do with our club. CHEAP FECKIN CHEAP EVERYTHING **** FECKIN CHEAP AND CHEAP OPTIONS
But what else can we do? We have no money. As Dirk says, the club should engage with the supporters NOW.
Progress is a slow and long-term process. There has been too much chopping 'n changing recently. We ain't got much cash, and we have to work with what we've got. Remember, it took Wilson abart 4 seasons to do 'owt.
Chill.

You have to be an optimist to keep going to all the games. Doesn't mean I agree with what he is doing though. Can't possibly see how he could justify starting with Conlon and Hayes up front again. Interesting to see what he does for the Oldham game.
Trouble is, the Club seemingly doesn't want a dialogue with the fans. We're the last ones that matter. Treated like **** we are.
First season...finished sitxth with players that almost went down the year before... following seas was it 10th? and then UP. But you felt like progress was being made...
RE: First season...finished sitxth with players that almost went down the year before... Aye, but 'owt above 13th this season will be progress an all.
Eeee, if we finish 12th, we'll appear on t' front page of t' table on ceefax....
