Having heard that interview...im sure his agent will be loking at other jobs,i would expect AR to walk away in the very near future.
he said he was diappointed after what was said a month ago, but when we are doing this **** he doesnt deserve a new bloody contract
What is dissapointing is the way that Ritchie has been treated No matter what - Ritchie won a promotion season for us where others failed. We do owe Ritchie gratitude for that. I doesn't mean that his job is safe, no matter what, but it should mean that if he must get the sack, it ought to be done in a way that is dignified and respectable, and reflects the gratitude we all owe him. I think it is sad that the relationship with Ritchie has soured, and I can't see how things can be patched up. Shepherd should never have gone on the radio to talk about the perceived short comings of his manager - never. This all could have been handled in a far more decisive and dignified manner - but instead it lingers, and has a detrimental effect on performances. Poor management of the club.
