He has surprised me over the last couple of weeks regarding transfer targets
Kazim-Richards........who the hell is Kazim-Richards everybody was saying. Just a young lad who can't get into the Brighton team. But you watch the video of him and he looked potentialy a really good player
Constantine..........who the hell is Constantine. Just a striker for Port Vale. Port Vale !!!
But again watched him on't tele the other day against Donny and he looked like a player with loads of potential

So obviously AR has his finger on the pulse when it comes to signing players.

So don't be surprised if he brings players in on loan that you ant heard of.
But on recent evidence they are likely to be good uns

Do you think he's playing poker?

I mean do you think he's not naming the players he really wants unless his hand is forced by the player's agents?

A statement I'd agree with. But then I think of Tommy Wright....

Do you not think that our Chief Scout may have something to do with it. The same scout who found Glavin for Alan Clarke, and many others I suspect.

So he was a regular first teamer at Celtic at the time that Barnsley picked him up then was he? Alan Clarke must have done a really good job of selling BFC to him, to get him to leave all that and come down here.

His stats aren't on Soccerbase...

But you'll be very suprised at how many games he played for Celtic. In the 4 years he was there he played quite a few and scored goals as well.

Yes Allan Clarke did do a very good job in getting him here. Maybe the fact that Mr Clarke was a very big name at the time helped.

In Kenny Dalglish's last season at Celtic , prior to his £440 000 transfer to Liverpool

God was the club's top scorer from midfield with 18 goals and made his full Scotland debut , as Celtic were crowned champions ( 1976/77 ) .
I'll always be grateful to Martin Wilkinson and Allan Clarke for bringing such a wonderful footballer and artist to our club .

That Glavin wasn't exactly a nobody...

A lot of other clubs were interested in him at the time and he had played international football as well as European for Celtic.

I can scout those players wimecockart
