    I think that's the whole point Tyke...

    We would be back to the likes of Spackman and Hart.

    I still have faith in Ritchie and think sacking him would be a backward step.

    Can't think who we'd get to replace him.

    Sacking Ritchie is not the answer IMO

    and thinking of other names for the job is a very tough task this time around. Ive always had ideas of who could possibly come in in the past, but this time im stumped.</p>

    Redders?</p>

    An ageing experienced player to have as player/manager?</p>

    its just that we need a change - the players don't seem up for games anymore (leeds excepted!) whether its the players or ritchie or something else thats going on! the board need to make a decision with ritchies contract i'm sure the uncertainty there is not helping morale - is it me or did it say he was going to sign before the leeds game? now its 2 weeks on!
