When asked do you know the best strikeforce up front, his reply was i dont know, i like to give everybody a chance.
A good manager knows his best team, which speaks volumes about Ritchie, he is a soft touch as well as being the Cheap Option..../poo

He's hardly going to say on the Radio though is he? If he says Richards & Hayes, what would you imagine the other two are thinking?

    I'm pretty sure he knows.

as yet this season i,ve yet to see a partnership develop between any of our strikers which is rather worrying, none of them look as though they can score on a regular basis!

Danny wilson was a cheap option and I presume nigel spackman was not

I wonder if the players are having to much time off. Andy is not as strict as Hart. The performances have been poor both at home and on our away matches. Maybe they are taking the 'mick' with the manager. A bit more practice on the training ground preferably with a old fashion football that is soaking wet. They will be reluctant to hoof it up the field or to head it, might teach them to pass and move the ball. Still they are only young, give them another 15 years and one or two of them could pass for footballers.

our strikers appear reluctant to head the ball at present anyway!

He should have started Hayes or even Nards instead of Richards

i dont know what he sees in Richards to be honest. In my eyes he is our 4th striker.

That is worrying if he can't see Richards does not contribute.

    Oh I still support Ritchie.
    But?

If he could decide on a settled partnership and play them each week that would be better.
Chopping and changing as he is doing because he wants to keep them all 'sweet' isn't going to work.
Take Richards and Wright yesterday - neither one knew what the other was going to do or where he was.

He's mostly used Richards & Hayes though hasn't he?

Danny has been injured, Conlon was loaned out and Wright has only just signed.

    Not necessarily

Different players to play against different teams is always an option. As for the being the cheap option, Was an expensive option available???
