Do you not think he's been trying before? It's not as simple as saying...right we need a striker...and then going out and signing one...the right player needs to be indentified, the club needs to agree as does the player, it can all take a fair bit of time, but I'm confident Ritchie will do all he can to strenghten, he sounded as gutted as I am right now, and I'm sure the last thing he wants is to lose his job. I have faith in him, I just hope he's given sufficient support from the board.
I will now completely ignore all the ******** from the club about buying anyone until we see names and a photo of them with the scarf in the air... one word that sticks out like a sore thumb is trying... WELL YOU AINT TRYING HARD ENOUGH..
