The price was agreed today and Hulse is set for talks with the Rams over a rumoured 3 year contract.

28 year-old Hulse feared his career was over in March of 2007. He suffered a double leg fracture playing for Sheffield United against Chelsea in the Premier League.

Hulse hasn't really set Sheffield United alight and since joining the club in 2006 has scored only 8 times in 50 appearances for the club.

Paul Jewell will be hoping a pairing of Hulse and Nathan Ellington or Emanuel Villa will see the Rams scoring freely and take them to the Premiership once again, that is assuming Hulse agrees terms...
