Experienced influential defender and good character. Would it be worth offering a 6month deal if Long returns to Burnley?
Also somewhat pointless discussing speculative transfers - unless Ben and Lee have logged on for the evening looking for ideas.
It'll be on the Pikey board this thread, I've noticed there's not many threads about us on there these days, there was plenty around the end of November.
They really are obsessed with us. Any Donny fan I talk to seems to think we have some huge rivalry, I just have to laugh and walk away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
is he the pratt who was their temporary manager when they beat us this season. and he said they outplayed us and deserved the win. and i didnt know Donny even had a message board.
Hey I was laughed at for suggesting Hammill would be a good signing and was ripped by the vast majority of BBS posters... Hammill has made a huge impact since his return. He is a real talent but more than that he is a character and his influence on and off the field since his return has been clear to see. IMHO a squad should not just be about the starting XI. It is a squad game. Jones is vastly experienced and could be the added influence in the dressing room that makes the difference to enable us to kick on and maintain our good run of form and develop this young squad. Certainly worth a deal until EOS. http://mobile.football-league.co.uk...er-rovers-rob-jones-feeling-good-2482282.aspx https://adamgrice91.wordpress.com/tag/rob-jones/
Wow, Hammill and Rob Jones in the same thread. Jones runs like he's towing a 6 berth caravan, no pun intended.
Rob Jones is hardly conference level standard, he never has been but they seemed to love him, probably a passionate player who grafted. I would be seriously, seriously worried if we signed a 35? Year old whos deemed not good enough for Donny ****ing Rovers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
