Your headline says it is the best since '55. '55 means 1955 doesnt it? Yet you carry on to say that it was 1950. ie 55 years go.</p>

Your headline should either say best since '50 or 'best in 55'.

Also you said we hit 5 without replay against QPR. That is presumably because it was a league match and you dont have replays in league matches. I think the word you were after was reply.</p>

I doubt you'll get thanked, maybe an indirect slagging in a match programme though, he's good at them.

 

now now, that isn't very nice.  The team is doing well at the moment, fans are backing the club and the feeling is good. Surely our public relations and head of media bloke would want to keep this good feeling going and would realise that a simple thankyou for helping him out would go a long way to doing this.

 

Well, here's hoping our good run continues and we secure promotion. Then with the money we get for going up, it can help to pay up Rob Knowles' contract so we can get someone half decent in who can spell correctly and knows the first thing about fan relations.

 

Even primitive PC's have spell checkers and proof reading. No excuse for sloppiness.

replay is a word so a spell checker wouldnt pick it up and it wouldnt know that '55 was meant to be '50 either.
