    Indeed. Didn’t think MVG was beatable but credit the lad - held his nerve. Shitty performance from the crowd though. Like Elland Rd!

    Well the darts was definitely enjoyable tonight! Two English winners too. Great story for the final, either Taylor bows out as World Champ fairy tale or Cross gets his deserved first.

    Good to see the new breed of Cross, Lewis and Van Den Bergh emerge this year.

    Agree about the crowd but that's what alcohol will do. What a game though, the tension darts can produce is amazing. To see players go from smashing in the 180s to scratching around just hoping to hit one treble. Pure drama.

    Not wishing to say I told you.so but having watched him close up.all year Rob (sorry but it's not Robbie) Cross wa my tip.from day one. Also having spoken to Dimitri.van den Burgh on several occasions I can honestly say there isn't a nicer, more polite lad on the circuit.
