    clearly feeling the pressure, post match comments beligh a man that is rattled. Out of the Champions League, dropping points in the League, out of FA Cup and now lost the first leg of Carling Cup, at home. To be fair though, given what he's spent on on who he's bought, if he was to finish the season without a trophy it would be the biggest f.-u,ck up in footballing history.

    Couldn't help but notice the scouse fans were caged in with very high netting. Great way to keep fans from possibly going on the pitch. I wonder if we will try something similar last match of the season......

    The one defence I'd have for him is that if I'd seen my captain and best player sent off against Man Utd for a 2 footed tackle (biggest heap of crap I've ever seen by the way, his left leg was there to stop the ball from getting away after the tackle, nowhere sodding near Nani), have the appeal rejected, and then watch Glen Johnson imitate the tackle (actually worse) and not even see a freekick given, I'd be pretty seething.
