<div class="article-brief">NEW Barnsley boss, in his first full week in charge, has already started wheeling and dealing. He hopes to bring in an as-yet-unnamed full-back from a Premier League club on Friday morning, following the news that Bobby Hassell is set for at least two weeks on the sidelines because of an Achilles injury. Robins has already made his first signing, having captured ex-Coventry City player Julian Gray on an initial month's contract, and is running the rule of Slovenian international Suad Filekovic, who has been at Oakwell this week on trial. Leaving the club is striker Kayode Odejayi, who will complete his three months loan switch to League One Colchester United on Friday. </div><div class="article-brief"></div></div><div class="box-article-brief"><div class="article-brief">DANIEL Bogdanovic, Emil Hallfredsson, Jamal Campbell-Ryce and Bobby Hassell have all been ruled out of Saturday's Championship clash with Swansea City, which is new manager Mark Robins' first home game in charge. Said Robins: &ldquo;Bobby played with an injection on Tuesday night and a scan on his Achilles has informed us he&rsquo;ll be out for a while. &ldquo;Jamal had hospital treatment for a pooling of blood in his eye, but at least it wasn&rsquo;t a case of a detached retina. There&rsquo;s still blood there and he&rsquo;s got a bit of blurred vision. &ldquo;Emil got stretchered off after tweaking his medial knee ligaments and is looking at two weeks out, while Boggy is still recovering from an ankle injury.&rdquo; The Reds tackle Premier League new boys Burnley at Oakwell on Tuesday night, in the third round of the Carling Cup. Mark Clattenburg is the referee.</div></div><div class="box-article-brief"><div style="padding: 0px 0px 3px"><span class="headline-nolink">Gray hoping to be a hit with Reds</span></div><div class="box-article-brief"></div><div class="article-brief">JULIAN Gray could be handed his Barnsley debut against Swansea on Saturday &ndash; just days after pitching up at Oakwell on trial. The 29-year-old left-sided player has become Mark Robins&rsquo; first signing as Barnsley manager. &ldquo;Obviously coming to Barnsley is a good move for me. Like any footballer, all I want to do is play,&quot; said Gray. &ldquo;I have belief in my own ability. I am pretty quick and like to get forward. I can play anywhere down the left but I consider myself an attacking type of player. &lsquo; The new manager here has got good ideas</div></div>
