Mark Robins is a gamble, we need a manager with experience not a rookie. We go for him and we'll end remembering the great Davey days.

How can you possibly decide that?

You've no idea how he'll get on if he comes.

    Exactly.

Success isn't guaranteed whoever we appoint. Just have to go for the cross your fingers and hope you've chosen the right man.</p>

What, you mean like the experience on the pitch?

Our back four being a combined age of 123 years old, yet, they continuously make basic, schoolboy errors, week in, week out.

    That type of experience?

As it is a manager we are appointing I'd say management experience, I suppose you would accept experience in plumbing!!!

Hardly the opposite end of the spectrum to Robins.

Ince hasn't done much more than Robins has!

No matter how good/experienced a manager is he can still fail at a club.

Any manager is a 'gamble' in their own right. We're going for Mark Robins, a young manager on the rise, so accept that and move on.
