Re: All my childhood heros have turned out to be sexual predators Given his age he would be unlikely to see out any sentence. If found guilty I'd hope that wouldn't mean a more lenient sentence. That would be a right slap in the puss for the poor unfortunate victims.
Re: All my childhood heros have turned out to be sexual predators If found guilty then the right sentence would be for him to die in prison however the law dictates that he must be sentenced under the guidelines at the time the crime was committed so he'll probably only serve a similar sentence to Hall.

I'd say any sentence would kill him. He looks a right frail old man now but the lives of those poor wee lassies has been ruined by his sexual urges. Sickening. As a father of a girl and grand father of 3 grand daughters I really worry of some of the ***** that walks our streets.

If he is found guilty he will deserve all he gets and then some more - no sentence that can be given in this country is adequate to punish paedophiles. As I said I just hope that he doesn’t sneak through a legal loophole and get a lenient sentence the same way that Hall has.
