I'll bet Flicker will take the temporary job in the morning. He'll check in with his marrer Keith to make sure that he is okay. Keith will say, "Go for it". It is an opportunity for Flicker and he could start us off on a run out of the relegation places.... he could well be the next manager... the Club gets two bites of the cherry in these situations. I'd have liked to see Ronnie Branson having the first bite at it. He is a very impressive local man and he has turned out some fine young players this last couple of years. Back to our roots, I would say. I would have been the last Keith Hill man standing. But I was nervous of this Rovers game.... funny how all Barnsley fans and directors and everybody, really, were on the same page yesterday... it was like the club has come together for the relegation battle. Three weeks ago I saw Owls, miwo, Brum, rovers, posh as the deciding series, well, it went badly, eh? (I couldn't believe Lil came out against Keith three weeks ago.... that made me think) I still think that we have some cracking players, let me put some down here:- Steele Golbourne Stones Foster Cranie Hassell Greening Buzsaky Mellis Dawson Perkins Cywska (sorry about me spelling, here and there) JOB RNL Davies Silva Dagnall three ex academy lads virtually untried I can't believe that there is not a mid table team here. Ronnie or Flicker should be able to re-set these guys to keep us up. And Stonesy. Don't do a Morgan or a Butterfield on the Tarn... yer've got a great career in front of you... Sure, you love the tarn, see the season out if you can. Luke, stay with it, have a look in May, maybe. Craig, you've been around, have another look in May. I didn't mean to ramble... Keep the faith with Flicker or Ronnie. Don't be so insulting... coomm oonn
