    Not excusing him breaking the law but I do wonder how much professional help he's had to get over his stabbing. We see football players struggling to cope all the time. Gary Speed, Dean Windass, Lee Hendrie, David James etc, so it's pretty clear not enough help is provided for them through difficult times. I'm guessing when Wallwork came out of prison the first time he wasn't given much help if any to integrate himself back into society.

    I was laid off last Dec. wasn't offered any help that way!

    Not saying that's right or wrong like, but why do we always seem to regard over paid, over hyped, super rich footballers as an exception?

    All of the aforementioned earnt more than enuff to source the appropriate help if they needed it. I couldn't, even if I'd wanted.
