    Hope they don't go down because of it though. Would be nice to see Wigan come down or even Fulham. One of these clubs who have spent silly money.

    I can't imagine any other punishment than a deduction of at least the points they won in the Brighton game.

    Think its just common sense to just deduct 3 points so the FA will deduct 15. Its getting more common now that teams are fielding ineligible players.

    so will they award points back to Brighton ?

    Brighton could argue that they may have got at least a draw out of it. Blackpool got fined but no points deducted as they lost the game in their case.
