    As Boltonred says this is because Don Valley was built for athletics not footy or even rugby so the pitch is poor, they had a waterlog caused postponement earlier this year

    Pitch inspection at 12 but think it's going to be ON ....

    ....... police have rung us (Rising Sun) this morning to discuss arrangements for meeting coaches tonight so that's encouraging, especially as the pitch is fit and the surrounding areas around the pig sty have all been gritted

    The roads are clearing just fine. My own street, which was an ice rink this morning, is nicely thawing out into slush.

    I'm going to be amazed if its off.

    Rotherham game will be because of the lack of under soil heating - no other reason.

    The area around Don Valley is very dangerous and all roads are like ice rinks.

    Took me an hour and a half to get from Bolton On Dearne to Don Valley this morning

    Not sure mate - i don't take bookings, ring blue on 07775 618777....

    ... we were planning on taking 5 coaches but due to lack of demand we have cut it down to 3, not sure if they are all fully booked up though
