I think I am going off footy....never enjoy it lately. I will watch reds tomorrow expecting carp.

I am hopeful that J Klopps 'full throttle' football may reignite my love of the game when I watch Liverpool v Southampton on Sunday but I am certain Leejays 'stuck in neutral' style won't re light my fire.

it won't be my 'Greatest Day' on Saturday.....and BFC will not 'Rule the World'.....maybe I should show a little 'Patience' cos 'The Flood' of goals will not come. 'Never Forget' tho folks we are Reds fans thru and thru.

    Take That folks!

Besides from Barnsley I hardly ever watch football anymore. I've lost interest completely.

I'm exactly the same mate, just not enjoying footy that much this season. Gonna continue to watch us, obviously, but like you, the only person stoking my fire just now is Jurgen Klopp. It won't happen overnight though there, they need players back from injury first. That would be a start.

I fell out of love with the premiership a few seasons ago. The money involved is obscene and it seems so far removed from the grass roots game i love that I barely recognise it as the same sport. I think Ive watched match of the day less than 6 times in the last 4 years. Only watch it now if theres a 6-4 game on or something.

Lower down the leagues the excitement seems to be rapidly dissapearing. Every now and then a club like Southampton, Swansea, or Bournemouth will raise my interest levels and i think why can't all clubs adopt this approach?

I think I will always watch Barnsley though. It's in my blood. Its just these days it doesn't ruin my week-end or week if we lose. Its forgotton by 6pm and its lower down on my list of pastimes.
Of course once we start playing like Bournemouth it will move back to the top and I'll be all enthusiastic again.
Until then the low entertainment values (everywhere) make watching blu ray action movies a more appealing proposition.

I don't have a TV licence. Haven't watched Match of the Day for years, unless I am at my mate's on a Saturday.

I used to watch our thirty seconds of highlights but now can't be bothered.

There's no Premiership team I want to watch, so I won't pay to see it in the pub.

That said, I am listening to Millwall winning at Bumhole Lane. If I want football, I listen to it, I guess.
