    I totally agree. The meaning of clapping at football matches seems to be losing it's sentimental effect if you're doing it every home game for everything

    Agreed keep claps for those that have passed and even then we don't need them so often as like you said it loses meaning if it's yet another person getting it so soon after the last person. Patrick will be wise enough to know the vast majority of the fanbase are behind him and i'm sure he'd prefer the crowd to get behind the players rather than doing something for him.

    I don't really understand the sentiment either Hicksy if I'm honest. It's all getting a bit daft.

    If Mr Cryne reads this place/social media like we're told and doesn't understand how much he's appreciated then nothing will make him feel that.
