    After last nights rejection from T.B I expected the board to go into melt down but in all fairness apart from one or two I think most fans have seen how hard and dedicated our board have been in trying to get the right man for the job.

    Well if that's what it takes to get the right man in!
    Its not like flicker is on his own, he has 2 managers helping him!
    So another week in charge won't be too bad, and if they get a win over Leeds who knows what might happen!

    I agree, they have worked tremendously hard in 2013.

    My only criticism would be that the search started too late by at least a month.

    I'm not sure why Mr Hill got as long as he did, especially after it revealed that we started the clock ticking on his 12 month rolling contract last summer.

    Completely agree. Getting the right man isn't going to be easy but they are doing the right thing.
