I can't believe the reaction of our supporters at times.We've signed a young lad on a 12 months contract to see if we can develop him into a better player.He's not the prolific striker we're trying to sign but a lad we're taking a punt on.If it works great one for the future if it doesn't what have we lost,not a lot.I don't know if you've noticed but Derby County have signed 2 non league players for "future development" and are on the verge of signing a player from Exeter for the first team squad,I haven't noticed any hysteria on the Derby message boards like we get on here.
