    19 goals and 15 assists apparently last season, which is incredible. Portsmouth, Derby and Cardiff also want him.
    If it comes down to a bidding war, either for the fee or salary (or both), then I imagine we'll be at the bottom of the pile.
    If it comes down to footballing reasons we should be at the top of the pile.
    I can guess which it'll be.....

    He is out of contract. Been offered a new deal but not heard if he has accepted it yet.

    26 going to be 27 in August, only English experience is in the national league, with 30 odd games in the Dutch 2nd tier.

    He doesn’t sound like someone we’d pick up on our radar, too old to be someone with potential, not enough experience at this level to bring him in on experience alone. Great record last season, but can he get 20 goals in league one, which is what we are after

    Can't see this one happening. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be against it. His record, albeit in non league football, speaks for itself. It's the sort of player we should have on our radar. It's just, he's the sort of player who'll be on the radar of all the usual culprits too. Who generally have a bigger budget than ours. Imagine him going somewhere like Bristol City.

    Probably not. Whilst I don't wish him any ill will, at that sort of age, I'd be looking for some proven experience. Would rather we signed Alfie May as an example, less of a punt
