Released by Leeds Is he the Midfild enforcer we need????? Leeds fans disappointed he's been aloud to leave
Bolton were linked with him prior to the final game of the season. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...er-swoop-Leeds-midfielder-Rodolph-Austin.html I would be surprised to see him sign due to wage demands. Would welcome the signing of him though as hes a rated player at championship level and adds something different to what we've already got.
This is the guy that Hemsworth Tyke was raving about. A mixture of Yaya Touré, Zinedine Zidane, Lionel Messi and a ballet dancer (so long as the ballet dancer isn't German, mind). Then 96-year-old Bobby Hassell monstered him.
I remember going to Bellend Road for Danny's return and having been told by a poster on here how good this Austin was, I was expecting a Vieira/Keane hybrid. What I witnessed was Bobby Hassell starting his first game in 6 months and running the field, making Austin look every bit a hybrid of David Fox/Martin Woods. I did however see him against Huddersfield this (or are we saying last now?) season and he bullied the **** out of Hogg and Butterfield. So meh..
