Rugby team to defend pitch????

    Which club was it that once hired a local semi-pro rugby team to stand in front of a stand before full-time, in order to prevent a pitch invasion?
    Apparently anybody who tried to get onto the pitch was smashed into, and turfed back into the stand.

    That's what we needed in front of the ponty end. I doubt any of the 13yr old chavs would want to try it on with a 6 1/2ft forward
