Is a backpass still only allowed via other parts of the body and not via a kick not penalised. ?
Also has the six second rule been abolished.
Both seem to be broken many times if not.

6 seconds rule never been followed. That keeper for them absolutely took the piss with time wasting yet never got pulled up on it. Best one was when he dribbled it to one side his box then decided to go and dribble it to the other side of the area to take the goal kick. Really poor ref yesterday fell for every bit of their time wasting and cheating.

Keepers allowed to pick ball up from any body part other than an intended pass with the legs, the only rule to that is you can't intentionally manipulate the ball to pass back I.e do a flick up and then head it back, if that makes sense how I've written it (that used to be the rule anyway mate but may have changed ?)

As for 6 second rule, cant remember where, I think it was the Overlap when they had a ref on, the 6 second rule should still be enforced but just generally isn't. Unless I'm misremembering

Edit- maybe the 6 second rule isn't a rule but a 'guideline' or something daft. Cant remember properly bud. Some keepers certainly know how to take the piss though.

One incident yesterday was obviously a backpass for all intentions and purpose imo but to one side of the keeper where he just had to move a couple of yds to collect.

As far as I know, the 6 second rule applies after the keeper touches the ball with his hand. If the ball is played to feet, he's just like an outfield player and can keep possession until the opposition forces him to pass, be it 6 seconds or 6 minutes.

    Best "tek piss" rule ever....
To speed game up keeper must kick ball out of hands in 6 seconds..BUT you can pick ball up behind nets and take your time to walk to other side...
