    Been told that Danny served his notice after Tuesdays game to leave at the end of the season.

    Citing he could no longer work under the conditions being provided and also having certain players forced upon him

    Now again purely speculation but have the club reacted to save face but in doing so cost them another payoff where as if he had gone at the end of the season it wouldn't have cost anything

    Please don't shoot the messenger just passing on what I have been told

    I was told some time ago that this was the case. Patricks son is behind most of the transfers and he prefers the 'opta' method of sourcing the players. Ive been told by someone working in the club that allegedly its the worst set up hes been involved with in his career. Im not saying its gospel but kinda backs up the rumour that Danny was getting a bit cheesed off with the situation. (Not that im saying its an excuse for the dross being served up, week in week out, but it cant help)

    I hear that transfers are coming from keith hills mum as revenge for firing her son. Only stating what I've heard. My source....me, I made it up. Can anyone else please cite their source please.

    Didn't Nicky Eaden say when things go wrong people start making rumours up.Any manager worth his salt wouldn't take the job if he hasn't got control of the transfer dealings.An experienced manager like Danny Wilson wouldn't have taken the job under those conditions.

    The director of football model is pretty prevalent in most of Europe so loads of managers aren't in charge of recruitment. Not that I know anything about anything just ask the missis
