    Evening all

I don't normally do this type of thing but here goes.

For some reason this unfit, overweight 46 year old decided to take up running last week (must be mad)

Mainly to lose a bit of timber and get fit but also for my mental health as for the last few months not had much me time due to the wife having major surgery.

I then saw this fund raiser which is close to my wife's heart as she is the primary carer to her 90 year old grandad that has had dementia for the last couple of years

My progress is uploaded automatically from strava after every run so there's no cheating. So if you can give anything it will be much appreciated

    Much love Ian
