New album 'Snakes & Arrows' out May, first single 'Far Cry' can be heard here http://www.rush.com/Get that opening!!! It's like 1981 and Jacob's Ladder all over again.....</p> Tour dates soon, rumoured to be here in October. Hoping to catch the boys in Florida this summer </p>
Hmm, I thought that too. Mebbe Alex has a big legal bill to pay...... Still, not complaining (nodding2fingers) What do you think of the track? I've got it on repeat - they've certainly rediscovered some form!!!!
you know the bands you listen to in your formative years are the ones that stick with you through life, these are one of mine.</p> </p> "and the men who hold high places</p> must be be the ones who start</p> to mould a new reality</p> closer to the heart"</p> </p> Let me know if you here of any tour dates.</p>
Exit...stage left, Caress of steel 2 brilliant albums, caught them in Manchester on their 30th anniversary tour, fantastic.Hope they are here again soon.
Blasphemer!! Really??! While I've found some of their recent albums a bit.....er....meh, they could have played all night on that tour for me. Superb.
Funnily enough ... I was listening to Hemispheres today and thought how great it still sounded. Then I stuck 2112 on and thought how dated it was. As for Power Windows ....</p> I am definitely a '78-'81 kind of Rush fan. Not that bothered after Moving Pictures/Exit Stage Left.</p>
RE: Blasphemer!! Maybe its me but I've seen a few bands over the years play over 3 hours and with the exception of Blue Oyster Cult at Manchester Freetrade Hall in 1977 they've all been a drag ,invariably at least an hour is filler
