It's like any job I am a sales manager who as targets for month / calendar year If I didn't reach them I always could explain that I have a strategy and vision and will be ok in 2-3 years when all I will be trying to sell then is sand to the Arabs they would simply be no takers has for forest it's the owners money they can do what they want they have earned the right to do so not so sure about MacLeish though look at is villa record not great
I do not think they have earned any rights at all. It is there choice albeit, but not a right. The trouble with Foreign owners they do not appreciate people's rights.
