argued with er indoors and cast vociferous insullts toward people who I queued for cardiff tickets for at 4am on a work day that could not be arsed to ask me if I wanted a ticket for anfield.

They had better be bleeding ready at the trust meeting.

If you to go to the meeting, would you be able to do a decent write up on exactly what was said?

I'll be amazed if there's any sort of apology, or conceding the club fecked up

Wish I could be there. I have emailed Don (the internet is the worst thing that's been invented) Rowing. No doubt he'll invite me to come and say the things to his face like he did last time (which I did!).

    I want to ask him

For a start, If he,his staff or the other decision makers with "tickets" for the game are prepared to give them to season ticket holders with a more deserving pedigree than themselves since they have been involved in the most unmitigated ticketing disaster the club has ever conceived.

I've had an insight into the way that place is organised. I feel sorry for them cos they are complete amateurs. Gordon Shepherd needs to learn from this quickly. I'm all for loyalty to staff - but there is supposed to be a business to run. The chief contact between most fans and the club is through ticketing and at Barnsley they constantly mess up. How can you manage to completely alienate over half your regular supporters so easily?

    One can only assume

as ever, that it appears to the supporters (me)thats it has to havebeen done on purpose since it seems impossible to be so incomptetantly, mindblowingly stupid....surely...???

Wasn't going to say this (tried to bite my tongue) but I strongly suspect that this will have been done for the convenience of the box office. Coupled with that will be some other self-interest motive like allowing mates to get more tickets for other mates. That's the way it is run.

You assume correctly about the mates tickets

still got some tickets left in the box office for their mates and that is a big fat FACT.
