No team should be relegated because a stupid rule brought in to try to stop clubs from cheating by going into admin like Leicester did. Each case should be dealt with on its own merits.
the problem with judging each case on its merits is..... ......it leaves too much open to interpretation, and therefore whichever FA panel which has the task of deciding the penalties open to accusations of favouritism. For example, if Team A went into admin and were docked 10 points, whilst Team B in the same division who happen to be a "bigger" club also went in and were docked 8 points. Team A are relegated, below Team B by one point - imagine the uproar that would ensue. Better to have one rule, then everyone knows what the score is mho.
