He clearly wanted to stay at the club in some capacity. Wilson didn't want him. Very disappointing to hear he's been fit for 2 months as well.

Something very alarming to me was that Bobby says there has been little communication between himself and Wilson. This ties in with what Whitey was told after the game at Boro. Team spirit is massive. Flicker created it excellently. Dannys style of management didnt create any at all. I hope he gets his signings and tactics right as his motivation skills have been poor since he arrived.

 

Are you summising that DW didn't create any or did he say this?

 

I'm surmising it from the complete lack of team spirit and self belief we displayed throughout all of Wilson's reign.

Agreed. Its the managers job to get the best out of them though. Wilson has to take responsibility for performances such as Leeds, Boro, Bournemouth and Huddersfield where the players looked completely lost what to do other than pass it to Kennedy to hoof it up the flank.
