Get him (and his back room team)signed up on a long term deal.... 4 year minimum before we lose him. Not had this morale & positivity around the club for a long time. Young, hungry & passionate ..... Arise sir Flitcroft! Ps. I feel like running through walls for him after just listening to his interviews!!
