    and out of all candidates his results are the best. I agree, we don't have a great pool of English managers to choose from but the results speak for themselves over the last 3 years.</p>

    It is far too early to look at Pearce who has improved Man City but they aren't goinf to be a top 6 side which Bolton have been over the last few years. Allardyce might not be a big name for the international arena but I am sure he would instil English vertues on the national side which has been sadly lacking since Sven took over. That doesn't mean I advocate the Long ball, far from it.</p>

    I am sure Big Sam would prefer to play football the purists way but because of the players at his disposal he has to play the way his club will get results.</p>

    My choice would be Allardyce or Curbishley although Curbishley has doubts over his ability to handle the pressure in big games.</p>

    he'd be ok with warnock as right hand man what a team it'd be make ''get pearce to run line shouting orders ..a trio it would be ..the'yd play then too frightened to do owt else ..can't see nobody good enough to manage but them ..but last person to do it now is erricson..the **** ..
