The reception he got today was fantastic, i can,t remember when the last time a player was greeted like that, the ponty end did not stop singing his name
He gives everyone a great lift It's not just his goals it's the great attitude he as Hope he starts on Tuesday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Made their keeper have to work for two decent saves and played a through ball slightly too late to Houriane. In those three instances he did more than most of our attacking players do in most games. Has to get a start on tuesday night.
He'll start when he's ready but another sub appearance, maybe 20-30 mins this time, will probably do him better. Then possibly start at Swindon and play an hour or so - or maybe even just a thirty minute sub appearance again at Swindon. I'd rather he start all of the last 17 or 18 than start Tuesday, then Saturday, and reinjure himself.
Right attitude from Sam . To say he has been injured months he looked sharp . Gave the team a lift and the crowd when he came on . Welcome back Sam
Ask bossman how I reacted when I saw him strip off and ready to come on.... Lifted us all, bless him. He's a diamond our Sam.
Yep just a pity about the obscene word in his song maybe a lot more could join in.loads of younguns neat me asking parents what words were and told to take no notice.ah well
Funny you say that, bloke who sits next to me told his young daughter the words was 'come on sam winnall, score barnsley some goals' Hth
I go with 'score the Reds a goal' but score another goal sounds similar enough to probably trick kids.
I think Winnal works both channels so well that we don't necessarily have to play two wide midfielders. I think I would play Scowan for Jennings when Sam starts
