A good answer!............but I do sympathise with the fans. OK - you should always get behind your players during a match but Colgan is quickly becoming - and very surprisingly given his form last season - a liability to this team and it's chances of survival.

Agreed. Even if Lucas isnt the real deal, his confidence will be higher than Colgans - and dont forget, it would be his chance to earn a permanent deal with the club.

I saw that bloke threaten to throw that lad onto the pitch...

I was in the row behind that lad - he looked like one of the bee gees with a dodgy hair cut and he was wearing an away shirt over a long sleeve white t-shirt. At 3-0 he was shouting verbal abuse at the players and he was using a lot of foul language. Sat right in front of him was a young lad, about eight years old. The fella who confronted him had a young lad of his own and was one row further again. He was quite right - and very polite about it to begin with - 'could you just tone it down a bit mate? there's a young lad in front of you there'. The bee-gee lad was a ***** and started giving him lip and started pecking away at him 'What am I allowed to say then?' 'The bloke over there just swore - are you going to have a word with him?' etc etc. In the end the bloke said 'YER PISSING ME OFF NAR MATE, IF Y'DUNT SHUT YER GOB I'LL THROWTHEE ART THEEA' (pointing to the pitch).:D

    Nearly pissed myself laughing.

The Robin Gibb look-a-like left shortly afterwards.

    Where were you sat?

RE: I saw that bloke threaten to throw that lad onto the pitch...

I was sat about half a dozen seats to te side of Robin Gibb!!!!!!

He had annoyed me a bit before the game as he was mouthing off about 'what a lovely stadium it was, how great the stewards were, how Davey had changed formation at Plymouth (you dont say!), how Raczi was the best finisher at the club....and another stream of stating the bleedin obvious comments. It wasn't so much what he was saying but the loud 'look at me aren't I great' sort of way he was saying it...........................................I have seen him at games before and I think he just likes been the centre of attention ..................I am surprised he doesn't wear white boots!

    Instead Of No Answer.........

the fan should have replied with "Well Colgan can go do my job then and I bet I do his better than he would mine". Either way Colgan needs to be taken out of the team.

............he also came out with another thought provoking comment before the game ie 'I might have gone to Plymouth but it's a long way on a Wednesday night'............................so I imagine its a few hundred miles nearer if we play them on a Saturday?!

that lad was a proper idiot. If you were half a dozen seats to his left you would have been sat (roughly) in front of me.

Yes because that answer is witty and it just rolls off the tongue. You knob. Colgan is a good keeper who needs encouragement to find his form again. Why don't you go back to baiting Rob Knowles?

RE: I saw that bloke threaten to throw that lad onto the pitch...

I was about half a dozen seats to his RIGHT but on the row in front of him.

Another gem he came out with was that '39 points would have kept you up last season.' It was actually 43 points...................................or looking at it another way - and given 4th from bottom had 50 points - 49 points WOULD NOT have kept you up.
