Its a very good film, one of Tom Hanks best in my opinion. I watched Kelly's Heroes again the other night, now that is a good film. The theme tune is pretty dammed good too.

    It's all fake and pre-determined.

Tenner on Tom Hanks to be the hero.

well I hope this will not spoil it, but hope it will enhance it for you...

I served the Armed forces for 32 years, and before anyone jumps in...yes.. yes.. and thrice yessss... this is not the first, will probably not be the last time I mention this...'Cos I am immensely proud of doing so...and am still fiercely proud of all the servicemen who have gone before me...who are presently serving... and for our future men and women who will serve our nation. Over the course of this film bare in mind that sentiment of pride and devotion......and you will get a greater feeling for the film 'War Horse'... and when you get to the end bits... come and tell me your heart was NOT in your mouth , and if you do I will call you a liar... enjoy it fella, it really is a fabulous treat of a film.

    Probably my favourite ever film.

The beach scenes were incredible and horrific and probably the most intense opening to a film that I have ever seen.

I remember coming out of the cinema totally exhausted.
