Looks like there going back to a passing/ possession based games. Played two teams on Tuesday night. Talked to a couple of Doncaster fans and they seem confident. Apparently they released Woods, there goalkeeper from last season. Played rob lainton in second half, looked quite decent from what i saw of him in 45 minutes of football. They also played a couple or so fast wingers.
I reckon H-T would fit in well at Doncaster matches, he most likely shares the same dress code as the Donny fans... Trackie bottoms and stripy jumpers. ;P
I watched Bradford Park Ave last week. They had 11 players and wore boots. One of them wore gloves. It was fun.
They were **** last time in the championship, they will be **** again. Should have gone down season before they did with the points total they got. They were lucky the rest of us were ****. It's one less relegation spot we've to worry about.
As much has teams get credit for trying to play football, which Donny have every time I've seen them play us in the last ten years, there has to be a balance. We played good football in 2012 yet it was one of the worst calendar years in our history, maybe even the worst in terms of points picked up. We've played a bit more direct in 2013, few hoof balls up to O'Grady, and it worked wonders.
