...what are people's honest thoughts about what we could do in League One?

Lets say we keep most of the squad together, what would worry me is that in the Championship we seem to struggle against the so-called lesser sides but beat the top sides. Are our players going to have the motivation playing some of the pub teams in that league. Or in the Championship is it just a case that the sides closer to us in the league showing a bit more respect whereas the promotion challengers take us for granted?

Similar to Sheffield united placings but can't see why can't replicate Donny

I think the majority of the squad will get broken up if we go down, I really really really really hope we avoid the drop.

Keeping as much of the squad together is key I suppose, we've been one of the best teams in the Championship in 2013 so you'd like to think that more or less the same group of players would win a lot more games than they lose.

As for players leaving, I'm not sure who would be in that much demand and obviously those still under contract would command a healthy transfer fee.

IF flicker stays - I think we'll destroy all in our path

Having recently emerged from that hell hole I would advise all of you to not underestimate the challenge that it would present. I don't think you are heading down anyway for several reasons, but if you can keep 70% of your squad together and more importantly your manager I will put money on you next season. There are always a few teams that do well unexpectedly and then there are the stalwarts like MK Dons and Sheff U. Not to mention the teams coming down which might include my own Terriers.

It's a hard grind, and I would not wish it upon either of us

Out of interest mate, what makes you so sure that we'll survive? I hope we will of course, but I don't rate our chances as any better than 50-50 right now.

I dont know it depends on 2 really important things
    1. Keeping Flicker
    2. Keeping the core of the team

If we can do both those then I would expect us to bounce back but if we lose Flicker and several key players we will be lucky to finish top half

I think we'd suffer a stay of a similar length to last time. I don't expect us to bounce back at the first attempt, particularly as we'd lose a good six or seven players minimum.
