    Barnsley linesman, had a bit of a mare tonight in the Spurs V Man City game, ruled one goal out for offside and it wasn't and flagged for a penalty that wasn't one as well.

    Oh dear. I remember Scott as being one of the best most honest refs in the Barnsley League.

    He may have got the offside right after all, but for the wrong reason, he gave it for Dawson being offside when he wasn't but Adebayor was offside and possibly obstructing the keeper.

    I see tonight's ref, our old 'friend' the Marriner, is down to referee us on Saturday.

    Somehow doubt he'll give as much to the away team then as he did today.
