Starting to make that right back place his own...hope he keeps up his good form. Looked shocking at the start of the season but has improved massively. Bobby will do well to get back in team at the moment.

Was at fault for 1st goal at burnley but from where he was at the start of the season...hes doing well now. I think in time he is going to make a good right back.

He will when he learns to tackle and be in the right place and not out of position.

Yeah I prefer him further up the field than right back. That way it hides his defensive frailties and plays to his strengths of his pace and his ability/confidence to take a player on.

I thought he had an excellent game yesterday with JOB just edging it for MOM.

    Far better than Hassell.

He has looked better recently than he did at the start of the season. Just needs to sort his dribbling skills out as the ball seems to run away from him more often than not.
Defensively he is learning week on week. Remember he is was only playing league 1 football last season.

I like the lad, and he has improved - couldnt get any worse really.
But he's never a defender. Similar in that respect to Trippier. Although, Tripps offers an attacking threat, quality crossing, dribbling etc. Wiseman, is just quite quick. I dont see what else he actually excels at.
He cant head (6 ft tall), cant tackle, cant mark (makes it so easy for wingers) and has no positional sense.
He will improve over time though, and he's a decent squad player. But better than an ageing Bobby Hassell? Dont make me laugh. Bobby is the best defender at the club.
Amazes me the stick he gets. During this sticky spell, I bet Wiseman has started twice the amount of lost games.
I like Wiseman out wide. Where he uses his pace. Defensively? Not much better than Maccaveli

Other than Tyrone's crusade he hasn't, this is just an attack of the vapours from certain quarters.

I have read on ere, and twitter, many many times
"Hassell's shot, Hassell's past it, his legs have gone, he's a liability" and so on, etc, and so on again.
Even of late, when he hasnt even played

    Thought not.

The problem is, Bobby's not going to be around for ever. No point having Wiseman as back up, not play him this season and then expect him to jump into his shoes next. Needs the experience this year so he's ready for next. Same for Done, Dagnall etc.

Expect to see a few surprises 'til the rest of the season - remember reading when Rochdale were top of League 2 he completely changed the system ready for League 1 and they ended up finishing 3rd. I reckon we'll see a bit more of Digby and Clark along with Done & Dagnall starting more and more, ready for next year.

He is improving but I still think Bobby is better at defending but his days are numbered now and Scott looks an able replacement.

Dyson lad, I agree with your last post. Totally.
I fully endorse and understand the Hillcroft masterplan, have done since June 1st.
And its nice to see more fans coming around to it.
But regards Bobby, I dont conjur up falsities to weight my arguments.
But each to theirs and all that jazz

Hassell said himself hes tell the team down. He said it in the chron/ player so i really cant see what your saying.

    Also hes injured.

Wiseman was good dealt with one of the best wingers/ forwards very well.
