Do we think Hugo might get a short term contract to cover the loss of Josh Scowen ? 12 weeks takes us to end of January and close of transfer window

I'd rather us get Abbott or Digby or someone else from the academy playing, big chance for both mentioned to step up while he's away

I think that injury couldn't have been any kinder to Hugo and would seen the logical thing to do.
Although by scowan being injured and hammill coming in seems to have forced Lee Jay into adapting 4-4-2 which might just suit us

He'll only learn and improve (hopefully) if given a proper run of games, a real run in the side.

I find it bizarre that he sort of made an error a couple of weeks back and was referred to by LJ in the post match interviews, and hasn't been seen again. Yet Ben Pearson does it against ******* Altrincham, and he retains his place. That's not right. Or fair.

I'm not so sure Digby is going to make it here, but we'll never find out if we don't give him a chance. And by chance, I don't mean one game every three months.

It does rather confuse me. I honestly believe somewhere in Digby, there's a player but if he's never going to get a run of games then he's not likely to gain any confidence or develop at any sort of decent rate. Seeing him in the team once every few months and everyone expects him to perform, not going to happen.
